After retiring to the Gulf Coast 12 years ago, Beth took a watercolor class and has been painting ever since.

Beth’s enjoyment of people is reflected in her art. She does portraits on commission in both watercolor and pencil. She also paints pictures of children and adults playing on the beautiful Alabama beaches. Beth gets great satisfaction in watching the subjects come to life in her portraits.

Traveling often, Beth paints scenes of local color wherever she visits. Her paintings and note cards contain scenes from the Gulf Coast, the American South, England, France and Denmark.

Beth spends fall through spring in Orange Beach, Alabama and spends the summer in the Northwest.
